This is a combined condition to ensure that you are either in self-signed enrollment or in case of a signed renewal or on behalf request the signer is not expired. I wonder why this gets triggered - what kind of enrollment are you doing ?
Where can i find documentation on conditions?
We dont have a documentation on the individual items yet as you should be able to configure the system with the items given in the docs but the yaml is pretty readable and the condition names are nearly self explaining ;)
