Thank you. I actually meant for using openssl to actually create your root and 
intermediate signer certs. I found examples on the net I used and they worked 
fine. With a custom cnf file with all your cert properties. Was just curious if 
there was a best practices when doing this and setting any important attributes 
correctly. But it's working. Thanks again.
