If you believe that somebody is abusing your email accounts or is otherwise performing identity theft the first action that you should take is resetting your email account password and/or communicate with your email provider. Before accusing somebody of identity theft publicly you should be *very* sure that any such allegations are justified. After taking a closer look at Simon's email header it looks very much like Simon's email has nothing to do with any Gmail account. If you think this is not correct, I suggest you get in touch with your own email provider or directly communicate with Simon instead of involving an indeterminate number of people on a public mailing list.
