Hello Sergei, the current release 2.3 still needs openca-tools if you want to run an SCEP server using the default configuration. However the code is still ready to use LibSCEP https://github.com/openxpki/libscep instead of openca-tools by changing some configuration values.
As a preparation for the upgrade to Debian Buster / OpenSSL 1.1 we will very likely switch the default configuration to LibSCEP with the next release 2.4 while keeping the old code for openca-tools in place to not break existing deployments. I would appreciate if you follow this road and package LibSCEP for FreeBSD. best regards Oliver Am 12.03.19 um 14:42 schrieb Sergei Vyshenski: > Hi, > > Is openca-tools-forked still needed for the oxi project to build and run? > > If it is needed for the present release, please teach me how (in the > future) I can find out myself, if it still needed for the future release > of oxi. > > Regards, Sergei > > > > > _______________________________________________ > OpenXPKI-users mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openxpki-users > -- Protect your environment - close windows and adopt a penguin!
