Hi Richard,
you can start the revocation workflow from the commandline: openxpkicmd
certificate_revocation_request_v2 --param ... - there are some flags for
autoapproval/batchmode so the workflow runs through without further
stops. Have a look at the workflow definition file in workflow/def/
