Not sure what's the best way to deal with it. For now, all I've done to fix the 
issue is : 

cpanm TINITA/YAML-1.30.tar.gz -l /opt/openxpki 

Before installing OpenXPKI dependencies. This way, this version is used, and 
not the system wide version.

Yes, starting to become painful, currently migrating all of this on EL8 for 
this reason. I can now have OpenXPKI running on EL8 BTW (but still have a 
production install on EL7 I have to maintain)
