Not sure what's the best way to deal with it. For now, all I've done to fix the issue is : cpanm TINITA/YAML-1.30.tar.gz -l /opt/openxpki Before installing OpenXPKI dependencies. Yes, starting to become painful, currently migrating all of this on EL8 for this reason.
