Hi,

we messed a lot with this and we finally decided to force all times to
be given and shown in UTC. This gives a unified view on all artefacts in
case you have people working in different timezones and also works well
with daylight savings time and other "cracks" in the time flow.

Juts as a sidenote - we know that the datepicker does not behave correct
in case you are not in UTC as the widget always selects the local time
but then calculates the real date as it is UTC. As this is a bug/missing
feature in the upstream component this can be fixed only by upgrading
the UI tools which is planned for one of the next releases.
