Hi, I dont know what you mean with "credentials" but the default workflows of OpenXPKI show a "Policy Violation" if the same subject is used twice that requires a justification text to be entered and approved by an operator so I do not understand what you want to achieve. If you want a "hard fail" in such a case you need to rewrite the workflow configuration.
