yes the bulk stuff broke in 3.24 unfortunately by reworking some perl
stuff, it will be fixed with the next update.

The bulk query seems to never return anything? There are many
CSR's in that system have the word 'test' in the CSR Subject.
However searching for them I get: "Unknown application error"
