Let me clarify.
Ver 1.51 has corrected value:
use Test::More tests => 24
in file
t/01-proxy-proc-safeexec.t
But Ver 1.52, present only on CPAN, has incorrect old value:
use Test::More tests => 23
which triggers the same old error.
Looks like CPAN formally is ahead of GH,
but the content of CPAN is behind GH.
