Hi,
why do you want to force it? The workflow goes into canceled if the CRL
is "recent enough" which means there are no new revocations since the
last CRL was created and the remaining validity of the CRL is above the
configured renewal interval. If you really want to force it, you can add
"--param force_issue=1" which is the same as setting the checkbox in the UI.

When I attempt to run, I get a state “cancelled”.
When I search the workflow in the CLI, I see the same results.
I’ve tried running as the --authstack _System and had the same results.
If I issue the CRL from the webgui, I have to force it to complete for
some reason.
Is there a command to force the workflow to complete in the CLI?
