Hi Montajab,
this is very likely due to the security restrictions that OpenSSL 3.0
does not allow those legacy algorithms by default.
I have created a bug for this
https://github.com/openxpki/openxpki/issues/899 and we will have to look
into this. You MIGHT be able to work around this by setting the openssl
SECLEVEL globally but this has some REALLY BAD implications on the
overall system so be aware.
