Hi Pekka,
this is the intended behaviour and definitely worked until we invented
this graphical selection page with the last release. It simply looks
like we forgot a switch to turn off this new functionality which is now
became the default :)
I will check this with my collegue next week and fix this regression bug
with the next release.
There is no hard limit and we have customers with some dozens of realms
so I hope that scales to your use case.
