I'm not familiar with debian but is the list file https://packages.openxpki.org/v3/bookworm/openxpki.list correct? I get an error while Ign:4 http://packages.openxpki.org/v3/debian bookworm InRelease Err:5 http://packages.openxpki.org/v3/debian bookworm Release 404 Not Found [IP: 82.135.58.89 80] Reading package lists... Done E: The repository 'http://packages.openxpki.org/v3/debian bookworm Release' does not have a Release file.
