Thanks for the pointer, created such a file and put it in the datapool, but the
format does not seem right, because sscep segfauls in PEM_write_PKCS7() because
d2i_PKCS7_bio() returns NULL, see https://github.com/certnanny/sscep/pull/184
got it working and added another check to PR 184.
