Hi Florian,
you have to change the workflow and replace the subject rendering step
by an activity step to copy csr_subject to cert_subject. Be warned that
this will also disable the validation of the components which is
otherwise done in the background.

I already put a comment in the ticket, the problem is caused by folding of the multiline
YAML config in the "advanced style" profile template.
