Hello Julien, OpenXPKI can work with any certificate that is compatible to x509v3 so there is no problem to sign your OpenXPKI Issuing CA with a Windows CA. A RFC compliant and quite powerful SCEP server is part of the standard installation, you just need to configure it according to your requirement. If you need help or extended support, there are several commercial packages available from us - just send us an email if needed.
