Where did you find human readable files? Most files that I find are .class
files, which are compiled java files (typically, it's possible to
de-compile class files, but having the original sources is often more
helpful).

On first glance, the jar file itself appears to be providing MIDlets: java
applications intended to be run on mobile phones. FWIW: The author of the
package identifies itself as "Daus Software"
