[Operators] Issue with Mac OSX's Messages application.

I think this issue is quite of interest to public service operators as it may determine a fairly augmented load, depending on how many users they have using Messages.

Summing it up, it seems Messages doesn't behave too well whenever it receives error replies to an IQ stanza, expecially feature-not-implemented, and indefinitely loops attempting to resend the request. ( More details here: http://www.lightwitch.org/stories/xmpp/issues-with-OSX-Messages-app )
