[Operators] Is the "Public Server Directory" still maintained?

There are a few requests on this list for various new XMPP servers to be 
added on https://xmpp.net/directory.php

I've sent my request on December.

I haven't got a reply, and as far as I can tell no other got a reply too 
since (at least) then, regarding new servers.

Is the directory still maintained or it just takes time to process the 
requests?
