I did the easy way. Set up a server module which accepts only messages coming from people from my roster. If someone is not in my roster, there is no way to send ne messages. They have to send a buddy request first.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the justnet.pl admins? Three
quarters of the spim coming into my server is from that domain, with the
remainder coming from jabber3star.com.
