With the advent of the opm-core release, the branches called "co2" and "cmake" is no longer needed, as both history and purpose is now better covered by "release/2013.03".

The "co2" branch was intended as a slower version of "master", created at a time there was large fluctuations in the source code. This need will now be covered by the release branch.

The "cmake" branch was at its time a radical departure in the build system, but this work is now merged with release. Today, the release branch is a much better way to do CMake builds and this is now the standard.

Further development is not done on these branches. The history is already in full part of the release. I think their presence no longer has any value but will only serve to confuse newcomers.

I therefore suggest that we REMOVE them from GitHub. Any development still based off these branches should be fast-forwarded onto "master" or "release/2013.03" respectively.

Unless there are any objections, they will be REMOVED at the 2nd of April.
