Hi Andreas,

The build attempt is on Ubuntu 12.10 (GCC 4.7.2), the dependencies I've
installed:

# apt-get install libblas-dev liblapack-dev libboost-dev libsuperlu3-dev
libsuitesparse-dev

Downloaded and extracted the tar balls:
dune-{common,geometry,grid,istl,localfuncions}-2.2.1.tar.gz and cloned all
OPM repos from Github: opm-{core,polymer,porsol,upscaling},
dune-cornerpoint, ewoms.

The preferred way is to download the DUNE binaries from Ubuntu repositories
and then build OPM module by module with CMake? I'll retry it to show you
the linkage errors, but they aren't trivial to debug in this case (at least
for me).

Best,
Júlio.
