We have had this discussion before within the community but I cannot
find the thread or the GitHub issue at the moment.
I was going to investigate this a bit deeper but since you got this to
work then I see little point in doing that. All "real" models don't use
the DX, DY, DZ type of grid geometry (Cartesian Regular Grids), but use
corner point geometry, instead. Developers and academics use Cartesian
Regular Grids for testing and bug fixing. These type of grids were the
very first simulation grids back in the late 1970's and early 1980's,
long before earth modeling software came along.
I think the manual is correct, but if you let me know what you think
should be changed I'll take it into consideration for the next release
(2019-10).
