Hi, Lorenzo, OPM-flow does not provide facility for grid or DATA file generation.
If you can edit the DATA file, I think it is not hard to do the five spot with polymer injection with water/oil reservoir. For this specific requirement, Cartesian grid is sufficient. If you check the example 2D_OILWATER_POLYMER.DATA, the dimension of the grid is defined as follows, DIMENS 20 1 5 / in the GRID section, there are more information about the grid, DX 100*200 / DY 100*200 / DZ 100*25 / TOPS 20*2500 20*2525 20*2550 20*2575 20*2600 / Basically, it defines a Cartesian grid with 20 X 1 X 5 in x, y and z direction respectively, and the size of each grid cell is 100 X 100 X 25 . After modify the grid setup, you also need to change the PORO, PERMX, PERMY, and PERMZ and also redefine the well location and setup. I think it is not hard to change this deck for your purpose.
