Patricia, I just checked the Eclipse 2019.1 manual and there is no PROPPANT keyword or hydraulic fracturing model in the latest version. So tNavigator and CMG have added this functionality to their simulators, whereas Schlumberger probably wants you to buy another product, VISAGE for example, that is their geomechanics simulator that couples to Eclipse.
As Alf said, if you would like to add this functionality you can contribute code, or you could sponsor the development.
