I encourage you all to test the RC3 packages.
There will be at least one additional release with some build fixes. The
plan is to create a RC4 / final on Thursday 07. May.

MissingFeatures list
- Fixed bug in GCONSALE and Group reduction
- Formatting fixes in RSM files
- Fixes to build against Dune master
