Dear Member, I am just starting to learn the ropes with OPM and have tried out some datasets which run fine on Eclipse. I have had various rather vague messages upon failure of the models to run:
* Program threw an exception: could not initialise the problem: TableContainer does not have any table in the range 0...0 * Segmentation fault problem * Convergence problems * OPM does not seem recognise that a Cartesian grid had been specified (specification was adequate for Eclipse). I checked the manual (OPM_Flow_Documentation_2020-04_Rev-0), but could find no reference to TableContainer or Segmentation fault I should be very grateful if you could point me in the best direction to be able to overcome these type of issues.
