Note that OPMRUN is a GUI front end to OPM Flow in written in Python, that works  in Linux and Windows 10 using WSL1/ WSL2 (https://github.com/OPM/opm-utilities/tree/master/opmrun). Under the Tools/Simulation Input/ Keywords menu you will find an application that will generate the keywords for you in the same format as the manual. You still have to edit the values, but the format and the examples should help.
