Hi Bard and Alf Thanks for your help. I ran upscale_perm using the Hummocky.grdecl file from the OPM repository and it gave the same results as the OPM project website. I am going to try the two phase upscaling module next and will let you know if there are any issues.
I guess it is just confusing for new users that there are two websites which link to the OPM project https://wiki.opm-project.org/index.php?title=Main_Page https://opm-project.org/ Are there any plans to merge these into a single website? It is not included in the deb file, I don't quite know why yet but what you are seeing is unfortunately expected.
