I think this is a known problem. It also happens in a serial run. See
https://github.com/OPM/opm-grid/issues/505 for more details.
Thanks to you I have a clue now. You seem to have active cells with
positive PORV (bigger than MINPVV) that are collapsed (i.e. ZCORN for
the points of the lower plane is the same as for the points of the
upper plane of cell).
A workaround would be to make those cells either inactive or assign PORV
zero.
