Hi Zhipeng, All,
we are going to check in the Verigraph code but as we are new in the
project we have a couple of doubts:
1. The Contribution Guidelines suggest license notices taking this form:
* Copyright (c) 2017 <Company or Individual> and others.
*
* All rights reserved. This program and the accompanying materials
* are made available under the terms of the Apache License,
...
However, looking at the existing contributions we noticed that the first
line identifying the company or individual is generally omitted. Is
there a reson for that? Should we put it or not?
2. As Verigraph has dependencies on (MIT-licensed) software, should we
include the dependencies in the code base (with appropriate indication
of source and license) or should we simply add pointers to the
dependencies in the documentation without including the software in the
code base?
Thanks a lot.
Riccardo
