1. Meeting time:
1) 08:00-08:30 a.m. UTC on Tuesday. ( 4:00 pm in China, 10am in Berlin)
for China
2) The meeting time for NGVS, please amar to decide.
3) At the last week of month, we suggest the meeting time is (10:00 pm
in China, 4 pm in Berlin) on Wendesday
4) 3 weeks for each project(NGVS or Container), 1 week for the whole
team to sync the problem we met and the message we got.

4. Currently we deploy COE by scripts, skip Magnum and Zun in this stage as
they are not stable and mature. Another reason is that we don't want to
provide an nest-container enviroment.
