True - there's a difference between (say) including Ganges in the list of G rivers as a major international river, or limiting continents to 2-3 choices, and having rivers that end up being inelligible because they're too small, or having a 2nd choice from a continent we've already had when we are looking to be inclusive.I'm happy not to be completely strict about continents, but at the same time to limit the choices.
