Hi, -3 would do perfectly now. -6 would kind of be on top of lunch time, surely not so if 30min meeting.
Also considering the meetings, there could be options like bi-weekly or 30min. If it wouldn't matter, I would keep the slot to be 1h in case that is needed sometimes, but it would be more or less special case it happens. Also the usage of irc more might be nice if people would keep it open to 24/7 questions and answer when around. Otherwise have to stick with the mailing list (spam). Gerrit surely works.
