This is Changming Bai. Due to the job transfer, I will not be the PTL of C-RAN project. We need to elect a new C-RAN PTL. I would like to nominate Rongwei Ren, my colleague, for the new PTL that she has a clear understanding for the future work direction. Voting period is open for one week.
