Team, The Gambia 7.0 release is this Friday. Here is the plan for collecting release artifacts.
1) Installer teams complete release artifacts according to the following schedule: - Nov 9, 5 p.m. (China Standard Time) - Compass - Nov 9, 3 p.m. (EST) - Apex, Joid, Fuel@x86, Fuel@aarch64 2) Installer PTLs send email to Aric Gardner ([email protected]), cc David McBride, with pointers to release artifacts. 3) Nov 10 - Aric Gardner copies release artifacts to OPFNV artifacts directories, as appropriate for each installer for the Euphrates release, and renames the artifacts using the existing naming convention used for past releases. Alert David when finished (email, slack, or IRC). 4) Nov 10 - After being alerted by Aric, David will verify all of the artifact links and update Brandon's launch tracker. David will update Aric and Brandon if there are missing links or other problems. Once the verification is complete, David will notify Brandon. 5) Brandon will prepare the download page. 6) Download page will go live on Nov 13.
