Greetings OPRA Professionals!
I hope everyone is preparing for a fantastic OPRA conference!
It is literally just around the corner and promises to be incredible! The Central
Ohio agency’s look forward to hosting you! You will be amazed at how far Columbus has come
since our last conference. As a
member of the conference committee, I am responsible for obtaining, caring for,
setting up, and returning the needed AV equipment. That’s right,
I’m a proud AV Geek!
At this time, I have secured through the generous efforts of
our Central Ohio agency’s
most of the equipment needed.
However, I have a couple of pieces I could use help locating. As many of you know, the equipment will
be inventoried and stored in a secured location during the conference while not
in use and will be completely safe.
Please contact me if your agency would be able to loan the conference
any of the following items:
1.) LCD
Projectors – We have 4 and we need 2 more for a total of six.
2.) Overhead
Projectors – We have 4 and we need 1 more for a total of five.
3.) Screens
– We have 6 and we need 2 more for a total if eight.
4.) Easels –
We need as many as we can get!
Our efforts to borrow this equipment helps keep our
conference costs at the great rate it is.
