Hello all OPRA folks,
 
Do any of you have a Records Retention/Disposal Policy in place at your agencies? This is a policy that defines a schedule of what public records you can dispose of at what time. I just learned that if you do not have a policy, you are required by law to keep everything! 
 
We need to develop a policy and would like to see how other public agencies handle this.Thanks for you help.
