Hi, you're right the readme wrongfully refers to pax exam ... just fixed that. Thanks for pointing this out.
The confluence wiki has been transformed to a ascii doc generated docs, because we did run into strange effects when our hosted confluence did another upgrade/update. The result of this can be seen on the last link. Most of the content of the pax web details can also be found in the documentation in Apache Karaf as Niclas already pointed out. So there is another source of documentation.
