As an experiment I changed the service looked for to
org.osgi.service.http.HttpService that is the base interface of
WebContainer, and then it worked with
 "org.apache.felix":"org.apache.felix.http.jetty":"2.3.2"

But I need a Pax Web WebContext... hm...?
