Hi,

today I detected that we have some changes on a couple of packages which
actually require a minor version bump and also one which would require a
major version bump.
Due to the flag that errors don't break the build (I disabled it at the
time because of the jetty packages included) this hasn't been detected
automatically.
This is very unfortunate ... never the less I decided to bump the version
to 4.3.0.
So 4.2.9 will never be released and 4.2.8 is the latest available version
of 4.2.x line.
