Service tracker is looking up for StringEncryptor service. Instance with highest service rank will be used but specifing filter key in a 2nd argument of ENC(encrypted_password, decryptor_key) should be better. It's backward-compatible (if no filter key is set) and supports using multiple StringEncryptors (i.e. one for JDBC password encryption, another one for business functions and using different algorithm/key) so encryption works even if someone deploys an OSGi bundle with higher value than instance used for JDBC decryption.
