Hi, it's as JB already pointed out, the pax-web-jsp bundle takes care of this. It might very well be that certain changes on this bundle might have changed some behavior unnoticed. Best to look for the changes made to the 6.0 version with JSP and tag handling scope. One that caught my attention had been: https://ops4j1.jira.com/browse/PAXWEB-1034 but I'm not sure if this might be of an effect.
