Ok, thank you for the prompt response.  I'll look in to creating a band-aid 
fix locally until then.  Do you have any suggestions?  Right now I'm 
attempting to register my own PooledDataSourceFactory with the fix in 
master, but I am running across hibernate issues that I am currently 
looking in to.
