I'd like to let you know that after adding:
<profile>
<id>doclint-java8-disable</id>
<activation>
<jdk>[1.8,)</jdk>
</activation>
<properties>
<javadoc.opts>-Xdoclint:none</javadoc.opts>
</properties>
</profile>
remaining <activeByDefault> profiles stopped being active. I had to add
`-Pjetty,tomcat,undertow` to Jenkins jobs.
