What is the recommended way to add non blocking handlers to the pax web undertow project. Is there some way to add a servlet extension http://undertow.io/undertow-docs/undertow-docs-1.2.0/#servlet-extensions similar to https://github.com/stuartwdouglas/non-blocking-handler-example/blob/master/src/main/java/io/undertow/example/nonblocking/NonBlockingHandlerExtension.java
