I've released pax transx 0.1.0.

This first release includes :
  * a transaction manager api providing last-resource-commit and resource
recovery in addition to the base transaction api
  * 3 implementations for geronimo, narayana, atomikos
  * 2 pooling mechanism based for jdbc and jms providing: underneath hikari
pools for speed, transaction support, security support (retrieving jdbc/jms
connections using different username/password), transaction recovery.

>From a pure performance pov, the additional features provided by pax-transx
cost a bit, so the raw perfs are slower than pure hikari jdbc pools, but
still fast than other solutions.

I'll work continue working on supporting pax-transx in pax-jms, pax-jdbc
and karaf in the coming days. I've already done most of the work, so that
should not take long.
