We may want to have a community call for this. Pax Exam would benefit from 
losing some fat, in terms of: dependencies, API width, complexity, legacy etc. 
I found adding new capabilities quite hard because things where expanded 
without evolving the API itself.
So what do you think? How about having a hangout some time?
