Hi,

the standard way of configuring is to use the OSGi Configuration Admin
Service.
The Configuration Admin Service keeps the configuration in it's own place.
But Felix FileInstaller does actually parse
files and pushes changes from the files to the Configuration Admin Service.
So what you actually would need to look for or implement your own, would be
a service which monitors zookeeper for changes in the
configuration and publish those changes to the Configuration Admin Service.
>From there on, you're on track with the default behaviour of OSGi and
management of services.

regards, Achim
